A WATERFORD man had his Mercedes seized after being caught hooning at Richlands on July 4.
The 28-year-old man's car was forfeited to the state after the incident which police say was the latest in a series of offences.
Police have included vision from that incident and others captured by new anti-hooning cameras being rolled out across the state to crack down on reckless driving.
Officers also released footage of a gathering at Wacol where drivers were conducting burnouts on the street of an industrial estate.
The video shows a person on foot almost get hit by hoons spinning their tyres and producing smoke.
It comes after Logan City Council's anti-hooning taskforce announced new measures to target the problem in the city.
The taskforce is considering grants for local businesses to slash un-roadworthy tyres at their premises before they end up in hoons' hands.
Neighbourhood Watch told council that tyres were routinely stolen from businesses while they were awaiting disposal.
The taskforce said it was working with police and the Department of Transport and Main Roads to tackle the problem.
Police also announced they would flood the streets with officers for Operation Sierra Noella this Christmas in a bid to tackle the road toll.
More than 200 people died on the state's roads this year.
