Jimboomba Bushrangers are offering free registration for girls in their teams this season to get future women's stars playing the game.
All girls will have to pay is $5 insurance from Queensland Cricket to take to the park this summer.
Fees have been drastically reduced for boys, too, costing just $205 to play. Usually, it costs $325.

The Bushrangers' junior co-ordinator Paul van Hout said the club was well short of numbers so far this year, with COVID-19 delaying people from signing up.
"It's probably due to COVID meaning winter sports are taking longer to finish than usual," he said.
It also put a stop to the club's come and try days which are usually conducted at the area's schools before registrations are opened.
The club hopes to field one stage (under 10s) 1 team, two stage 2s (under 12s) and one stage 3 (under 15s) side, plus seniors this year.
Van Hout urged interested people to get in contact with the club, which is based at Glenlogan Park on Henderson Road.
"We want to let people know that we're open and ready to rock, and not to forget about us," he said.
The club hopes the success of the Australian women's team, who won the T20 World Cup on home soil this year, would be the catalyst for more girls playing at Bushrangers.
The women beat India by 85 runs at the MCG.
"We are hoping to get more young girls who are interested in playing this year," he said.
Van Hout said the club would do its best to help the careers of youngsters who signed up.
"We always look for avenues for our talented junior players," he said.
Club president Rodney Teese said he hoped girls would rope their brothers in to sign up, rather than the other way around.
"We hope it opens more doors. In the past we have had boys sign up and they might get their sister to sign up too," he said.
"This time we might get a brother of a girl to sign up."
The club has a COVID-19 safe plan allowing for 60 people to be playing and watching at each of its ovals, van Hout said, with hand sanitising stations and social distancing enforced.
Teese said he hoped for more play this season, with COVID-19 and wet weather interrupting last year.
"Hopefully we get a full season in this year," he said.
