Cricketers will compete for $500 in prizes in last man standing tournament on the Australia Day long weekend, while supporting some vital causes.
Teams from the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Brisbane will join local players at the tournament on Monday.
Matches will be played on turf and synthetic wickets at Glenlogan Park, Jimboomba.
The first ball in the T10 tournament will be at 8am. The finals will take place under lights at 6.30pm.
A barbecue at the tournament will raise money for the Barbecure cancer charity, and the Salvation Army Disaster Appeal.
Organiser Matt Turbill hopes to raise about $250 for each of the charities.
"There will be about 150 people there. If they all buy two or three snags each, that's close to 500 sausages."
Organisers will donate 50 cents from each sausage sold to the cause.
He was pleased with the turnout - 12 teams will take part in the tournament, with two on standby in case of withdrawals.
