THE Purple People Eaters clashed against Duck Duck Gone in a friendly Last Man Standing cricket match at Glenlogan Park on January 5.

Phil Myors scored 52 runs from 39 balls while Josh Graham got 51 from 35 balls.

Duck Duck Gone bowler Graham Clark proved effective with figures of 3-31 from five overs.

Trying to chase down the 192 run target was always going to be an uphill battle for Duck Duck Gone.

The side fell short with 7-148 from 25 overs.

Dave Ross was the only batsmen to score a strong total with 45 runs from 26 balls.

Purple People Eater bowler Daniel Pigram ripped through with 3-15 from three overs.

Simon Leach was player of the match with bowling figures of 1-14 from four overs.
