THE Kerry Hall today received funding to hold the Festival of Small Halls tomorrow night.
Event co-ordinator Kay Tommerup said she was pleased to announce that Scenic Rim residents could now come and enjoy some entertainment and respite from the stresses of the drought and bushfires blighting our region.
"Entry is now free of charge and we welcome anyone who wants to come along," she said.
"We have an international performer as well as an Australian duo.
"If anyone wants to make a donation to Rural Aid on the night that's good, but it's not compulsory."
This year's gig will feature British award winning singer songwriter Blair Dunlop and Queensland husband and wife duo Hat Fitz and Cara.
Dunlop has released four albums and is highly respected in the world of folk music.
Hat Fitz and Cara have toured worldwide with their blend of "old timey" music. Winners of Blues Album Of The Year at the 2013 Australian Chain Awards and UK Spiral Earth, they were also finalists in the 2015 Memphis International Blues Challenge.
Doors open at 6pm. Food and refreshments will be available to purchase at the venue.
