A ROAD safety police operation was conducted in Logan Village and Yarrabilba over the school holiday period.
Senior Constable Luke Turner said 98 random breath tests were completed and 39 infringement notices were issued as a result of Operation Springbreak.
"Ten unlicensed or disqualified drivers were also identified along with two drivers charged with drink driving within the division...one of these drivers being high range," he said.
"Logan Village Yarrabilba Police are reminding the community that road safety is everyone's responsibility.
"We all have a role to play in ensuring our community and roads are as safe as they can be by working together and ensuring that the decisions we are making are ethical and lawful.
"We would like to thank all those motorists who are committed to reducing the road toll and committed to road safety."
Senior Constable Turner said a large volume of tickets were issued for speed related offences.
