A MAN has died after a digger became submerged in a dam at a South Maclean property on Monday morning.
Another man in his 50s was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A police spokesperson said a report was being prepared for the coroner.

A MAN in his 50s has been transported to Logan Hospital after a digger was submerged in a dam at South Maclean on Monday morning.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said a second person was in a critical condition.
Police and fire and emergency services are on scene.
EARLIER
PARAMEDICS are on scene at an address in South Maclean after machinery has become submerged in a dam.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said QAS had been called to a private residence just before 9.30am on Monday.
A man in his 50s had been assessed and was in a stable condition.
The spokesperson said paramedics were not yet able to access a second person, who appeared to still be inside the machinery.
