AFTER taking the crown on the television show I'm a Celebrity, Get me Out of Here earlier this year, stand up comedian Fiona O'Loughlin appeared in Beaudesert for one night only at the RSL Club on Friday night.
O'Louglin, supported by Brisbane-based comedian Anthony Lamond, brought the house down with hilarious stories of life in the small South Australian country town where she grew up.
The performer entertained a packed room at the RSL, where she spoke about growing up catholic, getting married, raising her children and having to settle into a new life in Alice Springs.
The comedian also alluded to her very public battle with alcoholism.
The audience erupted with laughter throughout the performance, with several saying they had attended to see a world class act in Beauy and had not been disappointed.
