We began our journey with Arrow Real Estate just six years ago.
We initially started our real estate careers in Victoria where we worked together for many years for one of the largest franchise groups in Australia, however, we had always planned on opening our own real estate office in the future.
Our office initially began at the Olley's Orange Complex but has since relocated to the Colonial Village in Cusack Lane, Jimboomba giving us a great central location.
Arrow had always been our dream and we opened our doors to the local community to offer our clients an exceptional level of customer service when buying and selling real estate.
Having both bought and sold homes previously, we were very aware of the stress that can be involved when selling a home or finding the right home to purchase.
We have endeavoured to create a positive experience for our clients through what can sometimes be a difficult time.
As both business owners and sisters we feel we bring a unique experience and this allows us to work as a team to give our clients the very best service at all times.
Living and working in our local community allows us to understand what our clients are looking for when dealing with a real estate agency.
Our local area includes such a wide variety of property types, ranging from large acreage to smaller residential homes and living locally allows us to promote all the wonderful aspects of our area.
We have seen real estate change dramatically over recent times with online presence becoming a major influence on how people buy and sell property.
We offer our clients a traditional method of selling property with a full agent service, however, we have recently promoted our Vendor Assisted Program for our clients to utilise our real estate knowledge and marketing but save on their selling fees by conducting the buyer inspections themselves.
To date we have had some brilliant results and feedback and we look forward to helping many more people to sell their homes or find their perfect property to purchase.
