POLICE raided hydroponic growing rooms in Jimboomba, Flagstone and Cedar Vale as part of a five month operation cracking down on the production of drugs in Logan.
Three men were charged as police searched Dennis Road, Bushman Drive and Boorah Road properties on Wednesday, August 21.
Police allege that two hydroponic rooms, 83 cannabis plants, steroids, heat-sealing equipment, electric scales and ammunition were found during their search of a Dennis Road property at Cedar Vale.
A 43-year-old Cedar Vale man is due to appear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court on September 18, charged with two counts of possessing drugs, producing dangerous drugs, possessing a thing used in the commission of crime and possessing explosives.
During a search of a Boorah Road property in Jimboomba, police allege to have found a hydroponic room, 20 cannabis plants, drug pipes, grinders, electric scales and fireworks.
A 56-year-old Jimboomba man was charged with producing dangerous drugs, possessing drug utensils, possessing a thin used in the commission of crime and possessing explosives.
He is scheduled to appear at Beaudesert Magistrates Court on September 10.
Police also allege to have found a hydroponic room, 60 cannabis plants, ammunition, a silencer, drug pipe and electric grinder at a Bushman Drive address in Flagstone.
A 33-year-old man was charged with producing dangerous drugs, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing a thing used in the commission of crime and possessing drug utensils.
He is due to appear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court on September 16.
Police conducted the search warrants as part of Operation Romeo Creeper which closed yesterday.
