AN 18-YEAR-OLD Woodridge man has been charged with numerous offences including charges relating to burglaries at Victoria Point in May.
A police spokesperson said the man together with a 20-year-old Forest Lake woman and a 22-year-old Waterford West man were charged with more than 15 offences after police executed search warrants.
The spokesperson said police would allege the 18-year-old smashed the rear glass sliding door of a house on Link Road, Victoria Point about 9am on May 2. Police would also allege that he conducted an untidy search and stole jewellery.
Police would also allege the man broke a glass window at the front of a house on Brookvale Drive, Victoria Point about 10.20am on the same day. He was alleged to have stolen jewellery, linen and cosmetics.
The spokesperson said police had found jewellery, phones and computer accessories while executing the warrants.
It would be alleged the goods were stolen during break-ins on the bayside, South Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast.
Police also seized utensils used for dangerous drugs.
The Woodridge man was charged with 18 offences including burglary, receiving tainted property, stealing and unlawful use of motor vehicle.
The Forest Lake woman was charged with 15 offences including entering a premises and committing an indictable offence, unlawful use of motor vehicle, stealing, burglary, possessing dangerous drugs and failing to properly dispose of a needle and syringe.
The Waterford West man was charged with 14 offences including burglary, unlawful use of motor vehicle and receiving tainted property.
The trio appeared in Brisbane Magistrates Court in early June and were remanded in custody.
