The under 15 Jimboomba Redbacks won against a depleted Coorparoo line up over the weekend.
While Coorparoo was missing four players, they brought their best confrontational spirit to the game.
Coach Fred Meddings said every goal and point was hard fought.
"The pressure we applied right across the ground was fantastic," he said
"The score didn't reflect how well Coorparoo played."

Coach Meddings wished Tekita a speedy recovery.
"As a coach it's something you don't want to see, for our team or any opposition team," he said.
