TWO renowned Brisbane Lions AFL players visited the Park Ridge Pirates club during a training session on June 4.
Dayne Zorko and Ryan Lester received a rock star welcome and excited juniors lined up for autographs.
A Park Ridge Pirates club spokesperson said the visit was a big moment for the club.
"All at the Club are very grateful for the time these Lions Legends spent with our youngsters, from handing out the weekly awards to signing bags, jerseys and boots, posing for photos and answering a multitude of questions from enthusiastic young players," the spokesperson said.
Zorko is a quick and gutsy midfielder who has scored 169 goals in 156 games since 2012.
Lester is set to become a key part of the Lion's future as a 191cm player with the speed and strength to play up forward, defence and in the midfield.
He has 121 career games under his belt.
