Luckily no one was inside the home when emergency services arrived.

A crime scene has been declared with police and firefighters performing a forensic examination of the site.

This comes after a River Oak Drive home at Flagstone went on fire on April 8 in the afternoon.

An investigation into the blaze revealed an electrical issue was the cause of the blaze which was considered non-suspicious.
