JIMBOOMBA athletes hauled five gold, six silver and three bronze medals at the Queensland Little Athletics state championships in Townsville last month.
Jimboomba's 37 athletes competed at the three-day Little Athletics state carnival from March 22 to 24.
Almost 2000 athletes competed in the under 9 to under 17 age groups.
Gold medalist Maddison Aitkin won the under 17 javelin and 100m hurdles and picked up silver in the 300m hurdles.
Bailey Brettell also struck gold in the under 14 90m hurdles and 200m hurdles events.
He also ran in the 100 metre sprint final.
Jimboomba's third gold medalist Jack Addley comfortably won the under 14 javelin with a 38.43m throw.
Addley won the same category last year.
Silver medalist Sean Howlett was successful with the under 15 300m hurdles.
Erin Gallagher won silver in the under 14 discus, Connor Addley in the under 16 javelin, Levi Clare in the under 16 1500m and Orlando Pharaoh in the under 10 200m.
Bronze medallists included Jack Schultz for under 11 800m, Izac Addley for under 10 discus and Kayden Hull for under 10 long jump.
A number of athletes fell just short of a medal placing fourth or fifth in their events including Jonas Hannam, Daniel Jarrett, Georgia Grimsey, Lachlan Tate, Jack Henry, Taylah Lenz and Abby Howden.
Finalists and top eight finishers were Daniel McKinnon, Annie Newnham, Aimee Henry, Ashleigh Storrs, Grace Esdale, Laura Saunders, Harry Schultz and Wyatt Gibson.
Madison Neal, Alex Hamilton, Alexia Hannam, Isla Brimble, Nathan Britton, Taj Mearns, Oliver Watts, Grace Freeman and Eloise Storrs achieved personal best times in their events.
