THE Hills Golf Club division one team have dominated the Pennant season with three successive wins.
In the most recent fixture, Hills defeated Gainsborough Greens Golf Club 6-0 on February 23.
Team captain Ian Peters said he was proud of the young and inexperienced team.
"Whilst we have produced three successive wins, we are mindful of the challenges ahead of us and appreciate our true test will be away from our home course up against the tough competition that we will face at Windaroo Lakes next weekend," he said.
Division two defeated Carbrook Golf Club in a narrow 3.5 to 2.5 match win.
Team captain Gavin Skeet said the result would be a positive catalyst ahead of two more home fixtures over the next fortnight against Kooralbyn Valley and Windaroo Lakes Golf Clubs.
Redland Bay Golf Club were too strong for Hills division three going down 0.5 to 5.5.
Team captain John Biddlecombe said the side would bounce back from the disappointing result.
Division three will take on Mount Warren Park in a home game next weekend.
