This February at Logan Art Gallery check out the amazing exhibitions inside the gallery – including work by Archibald Prize finalist Jun Chen.
Fabulous exhibitions on display at the gallery include Landscapes by Jun Chen, Our Forests by Tien Ting Fang, Rigid and soft by Ping Li, Beloved Cities by Phuong Ly and create connect, chat from the positive mindset arts festival.
Our Forests is an immersive installation of large scale oil paintings which depict a wild forest which changes through different seasons. In the artist’s words “each of us has our on forest within us; an internal, deep and vast beauty.
Once appreciated and nourished, only then will the forest thrive proudly to grow great and powerful”. Returning from their international music exchange tour last year, Logan Youth Music Exchange will perform at the gallery from 2pm to 3.30pm on Saturday, February 16.

The Logan Entertainment Centre presents Pirates to Pinafore – the complete works of Gilbert & Sullivan on Friday, February 15, from 11am.
Individual and group tickets available at loganentertainmentcentre.com.au. Jimboomba Country Markets returns on the third Saturday in February from 7am to noon at the Jimboomba State School featuring a large variety of plants, fresh fruit and vegetables, crafts and bric-a-brac.
