POLICE allege to have found more than 100 marijuana plants after searching a Browns Plains property today, January 9.
Logan District Drug and Firearms team officers found a massive hydroponic system including 101 cannabis plants, fans, heat lamps, tubing, pumps, nutrients, chemicals, growing mediums, growing trays, pots, plastic tubes, inverters, electrical times and power cords.
Police also allege that about two kilograms of cannabis was drying through the property inside large tubs.
A 45-year-old man was charged with producing dangerous drugs, possession dangerous drugs, possessing things used in connection with production of cannabis and utensil possession.
He will appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on January 29.
