POLICE have charged a woman while she was parked near the property of an alleged burglary.
Jimboomba police Senior Sergeant Peter Waugh said it was alleged a 40-year-old Woody Point woman broke into a Park Ridge South home on Wednesday, November 28 at 4.30pm.
Two people were inside the home when they reported to have heard noises from a bedroom.
Police allege a woman fled the scene and dropped the keys to her own motor vehicle while running to the car.
The woman was charged with entering a dwelling with intent, being in charge of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and two charges of obstructing police.
She was granted bail and will appear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court on December 10.
