POLICE search warrants have allegedly uncovered a large number of marijuana plants within two massive hydroponic systems in Greenbank and New Beith this morning.

A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said detectives from the State Crime Command’s Drug and Serious Crime group searched a property on Farrier Court, New Beith.
It is alleged a hydroponic system with approximately 500 cannabis plants was found.
A separate search at a Greenbank address allegedly revealed a hydroponic system with about 400 cannabis plants.
Police investigations are continuing.
