SEVEN people have been charged with 21 drug and property offences after police searched homes in Boronia Heights and Hillcrest on Tuesday.
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said the search warrants were pursued on October 9 following tip off information from Crime Stoppers.
“Police would like to thank members of the community for their support in providing the information that has lead to the successful execution of these warrants,” the spokesperson said.
Stolen excavator investigation
POLICE searched a Tamborine property this week after two hired excavators were reported stolen.
Jimboomba police officer-in-charge Senior Sergeant Peter Waugh said the search was conducted on Monday, October 8.
The two excavators reported stolen were hired on Wednesday, October 3 and were parked at Kangaroo Point.
Police are continuing investigations into the matter.
