THE ImagiNation Children’s Festival is set to return to Logan during the September school holidays.
More than 170 action-packed activities including cooking classes, arts and craft, story-telling and sport will be available to kids aged 12 and below at the Logan Council run festival.
Councillor Laurie Smith said the festival attracted a popular following over the past three years.
“This is all about giving children something to do to combat boredom and take some of the pressure of parents,” Cr Smith said.
“The various events are carefully curated to encourage inquisitive play and inspiring kids to explore their talents and creative potential.
“It also teaches them, in a fun way, about the various open spaces this city has and the opportunities for play that exist.”
Prize packs will be up for grabs at the festival.
ImagiNation will launch on September 22 at the Kingston Butter Factory at 10am and runs until October 7.
