CONSTABLE Natalie Wilson’s personality has helped her secure a Queensland Day Award.
The Browns Plains Police Station officer was nominated for the award due to engagement with local Neighbourhood Watch groups.
Constable Wilson is the Hillcrest Neighbourhood Watch and emergency services cadet police liaison officer.
She is also the Browns Plains Police Blue Light Disco Association vice president and involved with Adopt-a-Cop at Boronia Heights State School, and Coffee with a Cop at Grand Plaza.
Algester MP Leeanne Enoch delivered the Queensland Day Award certificate to constable Wilson on July 6.
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said constable Wilson served her community with distinction.
“Constable Wilson does a remarkable job for many parts of the community on behalf of the Browns Plains Police Station, and she is beloved for her engaging and enthusiastic personality,” the spokesperson said.
