THE driver of a stolen BMW allegedly rammed two vehicles, including a police car, at the Browns Plains McDonald's drive through on Saturday night.
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said officers charged a Goodna man after noticing the vehicle entering the drive through at 9.45pm on July 14.
“Police approached the vehicle on foot and the driver of the BMW ha(d) rammed a Toyota sedan that was stationary in front of him in the line,” the spokesperson said.
“The Toyota was forced into a garden and the BMW then rammed a stationary and unoccupied police vehicle which was blocking the exit for the drive through.”
Police will allege the vehicle was stolen between Friday night and Saturday morning from a Goodna address.
The 27-year-old man was charged with one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, disqualified driving, obstructing police, possession of utensils and two counts of drug possession.
He is scheduled to appear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.
