MEDICAL author and Cancer Coaching Australia CEO Suzanne Day is visiting Beaudesert for a ‘Survive and Thrive’ symposium on July 21.
The symposium will update the community with evidence-based research on cancer prevention, treatment, management and support.
Guest speakers Ty Bollinger, Glen Gillard and Taufiq Binjemain will deliver informative presentations at the event.
The symposium, sponsored by Jimboomba based cancer support organisation, Chicks Conquering Cancer will run at the Centre Beaudesert from 1pm to 5pm on the Saturday.
Kids under 12 can enter for free and tea, coffee and afternoon tea will be available.
Copies of Ms Day’s latest book ‘The C Word’ will be on sale on the day.
There will be table displays with information on services for cancer patients within south-east Queensland.
