JIMBOOMBA police are appealing for information to track down thieves responsible for a string of business and home break-ins.
Jimboomba police Acting Sergeant Ben Vaughn said the Logan Coaches depot at Logan Village was broken into between close of business on May 17 and the morning of May 18.
“A hole was cut into the fence and various hand tools and a quantity of batteries were stolen,” he said.
“We don’t have any suspects yet.”
This was just one day before various tools including sanders and a spray gun were stolen from a Childcare building under construction on John Street at Jimboomba.
Acting Sergeant Vaughn said the building was broken into between 5.30pm on May 18 and 6am on May 19.
A shed break in was also reported overnight from May 19 at Arthur Road, North Maclean.
Tools and a generator were reported stolen from the address.
Police were then called to Tappen Street at Yarrabilba after electrical items were reported stolen on May 22 between 8am and 11am.
Acting Sergeant Vaughn said entry was forced through the front door during daylight hours.
It is unclear whether the incidents are linked.
