TWO motorists died after a crash on Waterford-Tamborine Road this morning, less than two weeks after the last fatality on the same stretch of road.
A Queensland police spokesperson said the accident happened at 11.45am when two cars travelling northbound and southbound collided at Waterford.
A 77-year-old Logan Village woman died at the scene. Paramedics from Emergency Services took a 62-year-old Eight Mile Plains man to Princess Alexandra Hospital before he died this afternoon.
The accident comes after a 16-year-old male passenger died after a car collided with a tree on Waterford-Tamborine Road, Buccan, on March 4.
The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating.
