THE Browns Plains Baptist Church are set to hold their first Car Boot Sale for 2018 on March 24.
Church elder Chris Wren said the four annual car boot sales had become a major event in the community.
“We have been doing it for five years and it has just grown, it has become a local event which a lot of people enjoy coming to,” he said.
“People can choose to donate so that we can send the money to support chaplaincy in local schools.”
There will be over 80 stalls running and free coffee or tea and a sausage sizzle, as well as cold drinks for sale.
Morning tea will be available for free when the first car boot sale begins at 8am and runs until 12pm at 31-43 Green Rd, Park Ridge.
The next three fundraisers will be held on June, September and November.
