Delaware North worked with Logan schools recently to provide employment opportunities at the Commonwealth Games Village to 40 students.

At thewhere 22,000 meals will be served every day to 6,600 athletes and officials.

Marsden State High School hosted the information session, with students attending from Kingston and Canterbury colleges, Active Refugee and Migrant Integration in Australia, Marsden State High and TAFE QLD..

From this recruitment and Information session more than 40 Logan youth and residents obtained employment .

At the games, it is expected that 22,000 meals will be served daily to 6,600 athlets and officials.  The students hope that this work will lead to local or international employment in the hospitality and tourism sector with Delaware North.
