Greenbank super swimmer Mollie O’Callaghan has won gold in the recent Brisbane Open Water swim competition.
Mollie, 13, competed in the 2.5 kilometre swim at Lake Kawana alongside other Waterworx club swimmers Kaia Sugars, of New Beith, and Alexandra McClelland, of Flagstone, as well as sister Sophie.
Sophie, 15, received a silver medal for the 5km race.
Kaia, 11, swam her way to a bronze medal in the 2.5km race.
Alexandra, 17, made a personal best time for the open water 5km.
The four girls travelled to the Tasmanian Short Course Championships in September where they all received medals in their respective age groups.
