Three members of the Jimboomba Little Athletics Club have been selected to represent Queensland at the Australian Little Athletics Championships, which are being held in Sydney next weekend.
Only 13 boys and 13 girls are selected for this special under 13 age group team from throughout Queensland, so for a club to have three athletes selected and competing is a huge achievement.
Felila Kia will be competing in the girls shot put, discus and javelin events while Jesica Draper will be contesting the 200m hurdles as well as running the first leg of the 4x100m relay.
Sam Windsor will be competing in the 200m, high jump and discus as well as the 4x100m relay.
