Man charged over urinating in public
A Cedar Vale man has been fined after urinating in a Jimboomba carpark on December 23.
Police said the 50-year-old man was asked to leave a licensed premises prior to the public urination incident.
The man was fined $243 for the public urination and received a liquor infringement notice for $609 after failing to leave a licensed premises.
A three month banning notice was also issued.
