The Logan Performance Bush Poets are looking for poets to take part in their poetry competition at the Logan Village Music and Heritage Festival on September 11.
There are plenty of events to join in at the festival and the opportunity to win some cash prizes in the poetry competition.
Entertainment by the poets will be held in the Logan Village Lions Hall.
Other entertainment will take place at the village green from 10am.
The Logan poets will join with other poets from all over South East Queensland to entertain the crowd at a bush poets breakfast from 7.30am which will kick off the festival.
Poet Geraldine King said it promises to be a wonderful day showcasing all the talent that Logan has to offer.
