A NORTH Maclean man has tested positive in a roadside drug test on May 8.
The 39-year-old man was driving on the Mt Lindesay Highway, South Maclean at 5.45pm.
The man was given a notice to appear in Beaudesert Magistrates court on July 12.
There will be further testing on the sample.
