ROBYN Carroll has taken the reins from Wendy Fryer as the new president of Quota International of Jimboomba at a ceremonial dinner held Saturday night.
Ms Carroll said the club had thrived under Ms Fryer's leadership and she would endeaver to continue her good work.
She drew on her passion for craft and knitting when she chose "wrapped in Quota" as her motto for the year ahead.
Ms Fryer served as president for two consecutive years and was required to step down by Quota law.
In her final report, Ms Fryer thanked the Quota members for their support and celebrated their fundraising achievements.
District governor Sandy Smith travelled to Jimboomba to officiate the changeover alongside Jimboomba member and soon-to-be regional director Alison Lingard.
Also at the dinner, donations were presented to several of Quota's causes and new members Elizabeth Lyons and Fay Reilly were welcomed to the club.
The new Quota board consists of Julie Sansom as vice president, Romaine Farrer as treasurer, Regina Harvey as assistant treasurer, Brenda Fielding as secretary and Shelley Wheeler as assistant secretary.
