CENTS: Spending cents can raise hundreds of dollars.
A cent auction will be held at 12.30pm on Saturday, November 25 at 10-14 Estramina Street, Regents Park to raise funds for the Upper Room Ministries and Crisis Centre.
Money raised will fund food parcels, crisis accommodation and emergency funds for electricity bills and the like.
Entry is $5 which includes five tickets and a light lunch. The auction costs $5 to 20 tickets. There will be plants, linen, crockery and stationary available.
