Jeff Carter plays Johnny Cash in a two-hour tribute show to the man in black, coming to the Park Ridge Tavern at 8pm on Saturday, November 25.
Admission is free.
With more than 20 years experience performing Cash’s songs, Carter not only looks the part but is known for the charisma and honesty he brings to the role.
The show features more than two hours of Cash’s greatest hits from Walk the Line and Ring of Fire through to A Boy Named Sue, Jackson and Man in Black.
These timeless songs tell the true life story of a legend.
In a career spanning more than 50 years Johnny Cash became a hero to the outlaws of country music.
In the 1950s Cash was the world’s biggest and most controversial artist of the day. Spending time in prison himself, he became a folk legend to the poor and the downtrodden.
Carter is supported by Brooke McMullen who plays Cash’s wife June Carter.
