LIMIT: A man has been given a notice to appear in Beaudesert Magistrates Court.
A 36-year-old man has been caught drink driving on the Mount Lindesay Highway at Jimboomba on September 9.
The Capalaba man produced a reading of 0.132 per cent breath alcohol concentration.
He is set to appear in Beaudesert Magistrates Court on October 10.
