Local musicians will take to three stages at the Logan Village Music and Heritage Festival on Sunday, September 10.
The festival boasts the likes of Ruby Jo, Neem, Chester, Krazy Horse, the Scott Douglas Band and the Logan Village junior school choir.
Coordinator Wendy Duke said the festival allows the community to catch up with one another.
“If you live on acreage, like most of us out at the village do, you only see your neighbours when you wave to them from the car,” she said.
“This festival allows all of us to catch up and have some fun.

“Being free entry allows families to come along and just listen to the music or they can spend what they wish at the markets or with the kids rides.
“We have ride bands for pre-sale at Bendigo Bank or they can also be purchased on the day.”

Ms Duke said the music kept people coming back year after year.
“We expect to see about 1500 to 2000 people come and join us during the event,” she said.
“We suggest people bring along a chair or picnic rug.”
Ms Duke said there would be spinning and weaving demonstrations as well as vintage cars, markets and plenty of food to keep everyone happy.
“This is purely a community event and we want everyone to come to Logan Village to celebrate,” she said.
Ms Duke said this year the festival would be held alongside the Tailpipe Awareness Vehicle Show.
“The car, truck and bike show will raise funds for bowel cancer research,” she said.
“It’s great to have another element to add alongside this year’s festival.”
The Logan Village Music and Heritage Festival will be held on September 10 from 9am at the Logan Village Green.
