THE foster brother accused of committing incest against deceased Logan schoolgirl Tiahleigh Palmer will be sentenced next month on charges related to her death.
Prosecutors presented an indictment against Trent Jordan Thorburn, 20, to the Beenleigh District Court on Friday.
He is charged with incest, perjury and perverting the course of justice in relation to the 11-month police investigation into Tiahleigh's alleged murder.
Mr Thorburn, who had not officially entered a plea, was listed for sentencing on September 14 in the Beenleigh District Court. Mr Thorburn had not previously entered a plea.
The man's father, Richard, has been charged with murdering the 12-year-old and dumping her body on the banks of a Gold Coast river but was yet to stand trial.
His mother, Julene Thorburn, 55, has pleaded guilty to perjury and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
On Thursday, she was ordered to face a sentencing hearing on November 3.
Older brother Josh Thorburn was last month sentenced to three months in jail after admitting to perverting the course of justice and perjury.
