Under 9s

The Pirate Under 9s hosted West Juniors on Saturday. The Pirates showed great effort throughout the match, making their parents and friends proud with their skills and ability on the field.

Their were times in the game when the under 9s were showing ball transitions, disposal accuracy and tackling pressure of older playing groups.

The under 9s continue to build as a team each week, and are exciting to watch.

The Park Ridge Pirate under 12s travelled to Springwood on Sunday in a must-win match to keep their finals hopes alive.

The pirates came out firing, dominating the centre and controlling forward entries.

The third quarter was even in scoring, with the game mostly being played between half-forward and half-back.

In the last quarter, the Pirates showed some great poise to run the game out.

With multiple goal scorers they kicked away to come home with the win.
