She has worked at the centre since 2011, when it was first established.
Sue Taylor, who has been at the kindy since it was established in Flagstone in 2011, says she’s proud to have been honoured by the award.
Ms Taylor said she was very proud to win the award.
“I have a different way of working with children and their families, especially with those children that might have additional needs,” she said.
“I try to think outside the square and make sure the kindy experience is unique for each child.”
Ms Taylor said she felt blessed to have a fantastic team working with her at the kindy.
“This award is great recognition not just for me, but for the whole team that make a difference to the lives of children who come to this kindy,” she said.
“We are very connected to our local community and I am very proud of the hard work and dedication by our team members in encouraging children on their learning journey.”
