The Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea day was offically May 25, but the folks at Green Frog Hollow celebrated a day later with a 50s themed morning tea.
More than 25 people attended in both fancy dress and regular day wear to raise money for an important cause.
The Village Rockers donated more than $1000 to the Cancer Council after their most recent fundraising dance.
Councillors Phil Pidgeon and Laurie Koranski joined in on the fun, even celebrating Cr Pidgeon’s milestone birthday.
All the patrons at the event left with full tummies after the wonderful variety of cakes and snacks.
Keeping in the 50s theme everybody took to the dance floor to celebrate the day.
Biggest Morning Tea events can be held in Both May and June.
