Park Ridge State School students celebrated Harmony Day on March 24 by wearing orange and taking part in fun activities.
During the morning there was an assembly which was focused on working together and getting along.
Adopt-a-Cop Constable Blake Cherry stopped by for the event and addressed the assembly informing students about the importance of the day.
Students then took to various school areas for dancing, music, colouring in, face painting and the photobooth.
Nationally, Harmony Day is celebrated on March 21 to celebrate Australia’s cultural diversity.
