A man has been charged with two counts of armed robbery by Logan detectives.
The 39-year-old Springfield Lakes man was scheduled to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on March 27.
Police allege the man made threats while holding a covered object and demanded cash in two separate incidents.
One incident allegedly occurred at Regents Park on March 22, at a newsagency on the Mount Lindesay Highway.
The second incident allegedly occurred at a shop on Browns Plains Road at Browns Plains on March 24.

Theft
A registration plate, 384FJK, was stolen from a Mitsubishi Pajero parked at Appaloosa Court between 6pm on March 20 and 6am on March 21.
Wilful Damage
A brick was thrown through the window of a home on Gazelle Court between 6.30am and 5.30pm on March 16.
Police located fingerprints during their forensic testing.
No items were stolen from the residence.
Logan Village
Theft
A registration plate, 074VOK, was stolen from a Holden Commodore between March 14 and March 17.
It parked on the corner of Albert and North streets.

Theft
Registration plates 12BUB were stolen from a car at Marsh Bird Drive between 6pm on March 21 and 6am on March 22.
