A MOBILE phone and purse containing credit cards were stolen after they were dropped by the owner.
The victim lost grip of her items when she was pushed during a nearby altercation.
The incident occurred outside Logan Village Hotel about 12.30am on March 11.
A police spokesman said a stolen credit card was used for grocery and takeaway food purchases in the Beenleigh area.

A person removed tiles from the roof of a single storey home in Highland Street before gaining entry into the ceiling.
The incident occurred between 6.30pm on March 8 and 6am the next day. No property was stolen.
