Purse, credit cards and phone stolen

A MOBILE phone and purse containing credit cards were stolen after they were dropped by the owner.  

The victim lost grip of her items when she was pushed during a nearby altercation.

The incident occurred outside Logan Village Hotel about 12.30am on March 11.

A police spokesman said a stolen credit card was used for grocery and takeaway food purchases in the Beenleigh area.

Break and enter

An intruder opened the kitchen cupboards and drawers of a Holloway Road home after entering through a back door. The offence occurred between 5.40am and 6.25am on March 14 and was discovered when the occupant returned home.

GREENBANK

Break and enter

Jewellery and electrical items were taken from a Gazelle Court home. Police said a study window had been smashed at the premises. The theft happened between 6.30am and 3.30pm on March 16.

JIMBOOMBA

Break and enter

An intruder entered a Songbird Court home after ripping a window screen. The offence happened between 10pm on March 15 and 5pm the next day. No property was stolen.

YARRABILBA

Break and enter

A person removed tiles from the roof of a single storey home in Highland Street before gaining entry into the ceiling.

The incident occurred between 6.30pm on March 8 and 6am the next day. No property was stolen.
