EMMAUS College and Flagstone State School are the champions of the 2014 Kingfisher Cup.
Emmaus College won the senior rugby league grand final against St Mary's at Gleneagle and Flagstone State School won the senior netball grand final at Beaudesert on Friday.
Primary school students from nine schools across the Scenic Rim and Logan competed in junior and senior teams in the rugby league and netball competitions.
Emmaus College particularly shone in the rugby league competition, winning both the junior and senior grand finals.
The junior man of the match award went to Campbell Gray from Emmaus College, and senior captain Jesse Summerville won the Mackenzie Family Shield award for best and fairest.
In the netball competition, the St Mary's 1 senior team was runner up in the senior grand final and the St Mary's 1 junior team won the junior grand final.
The netball junior runners-up team was from Emmaus College.
The annual competition was held over two days, with the first day of the cup being contested on August 29.
